News from the motor city

It is an honor and incredibly humbling to be invited to participate In legendary artist, producer, Blue Note Records president, Don Was' All Star Revue Tribute to the iconic George Clinton of Parliament-Funkadelic, to be aired later this summer on PBS as a part of the Concert of Colors. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to perform with this level of national and Detroit talent which I will never forget. We've been hustling to work on and record new material, book shows and get back on track post-covid, but it all takes an obvious backseat to this! What an honor to pay tribute to a legend - he's got a biopic coming out and just received his star on the walk of fame, too. Here is a pic of me, because...well I am my own publicist! I've been devouring recent news for what a great year George has had. Sharing here https://thedispatch.com/p/celebrating-independence-day-with

If you would like to hear the insane story about what I was doing and thinking the 3 days before I got the invite this spring, you will just have to come see us! Because it is truly unbelievable! Where can you see us?

We have one last show in Michigan at the Whitney/Detroit on August 6th. Check our Facebook page for updates. We will be updating our tour schedule here as well in the next two weeks! After that we will be heading from NY to CA and back to NY, then from MI to Memphis. Things are slowly returning to normal but we do have dates open for private listening events and private property/house concerts that we would love to fill everywhere from Salt Lake City to Syracuse and are booking 2022 as well!

Thanks for being patient. We've been quiet the last few months, deciding on the best course of action for us in this kinda post covid world. We've been in the studio as well as working on new songs. If you'd like to support us on Patreon, we are uploading exclusives that won't be released on our upcoming EP's. Visit us at www.patreon.com/jenniferwestwood

Thank you as always for your encouragement and support, especially during this last 15 months!
