We are past due on an update here - I want to thank everyone who subscribes to this blog AND email - more on that later.
Radio Spins
First of all - We are ever so grateful for spins and reviews received for Mad Man's World, and support in the music community around the country - In particular and most recently KOOP 97.1 in Austin, TeXchromosome Women, and Herizon Music. I have deep gratitude for them and everyone else that has reached out and helped spread our music during a seriously hamstrung time in our lives. It is special to me to receive support and encouragement from other women in music around the country. I like guys and even married one, but receiving love from other women for what you are doing is special.
Book Sales and Black Friday
Dylan has reached a whopping 500 books sold via Amazon! This includes digital downloads, so we aren't feeling free and easy with the Monopoly money yet, but it is a great accomplishment worth celebrating for a brand new author. Once again - Thank you!
We like purchases from Barnes & Nobel and Amazon because it offers a track record. We like in person (especially at bookstores) and direct sales because we keep more of the revenue. So if you plan to buy a book, use whatever outlet suits you - they all help.
That being said, will be doing a bundle deal of music and books via the website starting on Black Friday so stay tuned!
Book Signing and Performance 11/30 in Perrysburg OH
We are excited to be doing an intimate concert at Gathering Volumes along with a book signing 6:30 PM on Small Business Saturday! You can purchase a VIP ticket for $25 that includes his book Free Candy, a copy of Mad Man's World, and swag worth $50 plus a $10 gift card for Gathering Volumes. A $10 ticket includes a $10 gift card for Gathering Volumes.
It really is starting to feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel for us and we are inching towards a new abnormal after a turbulent time in our lives. We will have time to catch up on drama later, but I do want to thank those who have supported my radio show endeavors which has doubled as therapy for me in the last year! It hasn't been easy to squeeze out the time each week but I've made it a priority for myself and to stay connected.
