Hey there friends -

Its been a second... and there's much to share, with elves (me) working tirelessly behind the scenes, not to mention the dedication of a wonderful bunch of handsome devils. For now I want to tell you about a show next week at frankiestoledo.com

Jackie Venson is a fabulous artist from Austin TX in the blues/soul/funk/pop category. I first learned of her due to her presence at the legendary Antone's in Austin, and seeing her posters as we toured. Of course, I looked her up... And have shared her music on my program.

I was super pleased to see her scheduled to perform at Frankie's in Toledo. Although we live just down the road and I've played Toledo many times, and also have spent many memorable times with family as a kid, right down the block from there....I've been diving into Toledo a bit more since my show began to be carried on WAKT.

I love what Toledo has to offer and excited about the unsung prospects the town offers for creatives... Well, we jumped on the bill.
