Its time to head out! I hope to share more of the challenges as well as great friendships we run across on the road going forward. It is so much busier than many people imagine. However, here is one huge blessing that friends in Michigan have given us before we even get started! Dylan and I were recently married and friends pitched in and bought us a tour kit along with travel cases! And a beautiful design to boot! This is going to help us tremendously in the years ahead! We look forward to breaking it in with our tour drummer Marcus Bearrs from Amarillo via Detroit, MI. He just returned from a mission in Africa where he taught drums to kids while there!
Tomorrow we start things off at home, unplugged, acoustic in Wixom Michigan at 9pm. Dylan and I look forward to seeing our local friends there!
After that, tell your friends in the Saint Louis area to head to Gaslight. We will be doing a live recording and hanging out with all of you. Its a great venue with a live recording concept where you can enjoy a drink, friends and watch folks in the studio.
Sunday, at long last, we head back to Springfield, IL/Riverton to see some friends we are long past overdue in visiting with a show at Midwest Acoustic Lounge courtesy of Jeb Brown Productions.
